Kely Blackburn, MS, SHRM-CP

Strategic human resources management and risk assessment are at the heart and soul of Kely’s professional journey, with an established record of ensuring over hundreds of business clients are compliant with multifaceted regulations, resulting in innovative solutions and workplace enhancements over the last 15 years, leading her to the path of creating her own business to take this expertise to the next level.

Crafting strategic people initiatives have been instrumental in Kely’s success, boosting employee retention, generating significant cost savings by implementing compensation restructures while ensuring people and process work hand-in-hand. Kely’s advisory expertise extends to supporting senior leadership in aligning HR policies with operational goals.

Kely lives by the mantra of a lifelong learner, and is actively seeking ways to grow in her profession, evident by SHRM-CP certification accompanied by a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Communications from Penn State (We are, PENN STATE!) and Masters in Organizational Performance from Bellevue University.

When not at the helm of Waterfront HR, Kely spends time with her family, enjoying all creature comforts the Central Coast offers.
